Blackcurrant Drop

Ingredients 

• 60ml of Gin
• Drop of Honey
• 15ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
• 30ml of Mr Jeffares Irish Blackcurrant Cordial

Method

In an ice shaker, shake the gin, honey and lemon straining into a chilled cocktail glass. Using a spoon, carefully pour blackcurrant down the side of the glass until it ‘drops’ to the bottom of the glass.
